BROAD TERMS & CONDITIONS
- As a Channel Partner of PropChk, you shall be entitled to a commission of 10% of the total revenue that PropChk generates through your references.
- All the Customers who book a Home Inspection using your Promo Code shall be considered as your references regardless of whether they were directly or indirectly referred by you.
- We shall ONLY consider the revenue that was generated using your promo code.
- If you wish to refer customers who cannot or do not wish to use your promo code, you can refer them directly to PropChk by sending an email to sales@webskyindia.net. In this case also you shall only be entitled for a 10% commission. You can however request for a 10% discount for your Customer that shall be activated manually by our Sales representative.
- All the commissions shall be settled on or before the 10th day of the following month in which the revenue was generated.
- In case of any dispute, you can raise the same with support@webskyindia.net. PropChk’s decision shall be the final on all such matters.
- We shall deduct 10% TDS on all commission payouts.
- From time to time, PropChk shall roll out Reward Schemes in addition to the commissions. The same can be checked under the “Partner Rewards Programme” page.
